"When we receive a call, our first task is to check whether we already have the item available. With thousands of lines in stock, it's not very often we don't have an item listed. However, in the rare instance where the requested item is not in stock or has not been previously supplied, we work closely with our Sourcing Division who will contact suppliers and importers on behalf of customers."
